OUTSIDE help is a coaching practice that teaches emotional releasing to members of 12-step fellowships. Our services include 1:1 coaching, group support, and digital content designed to support emotional sobriety.

2. Coaching Disclaimer

The content on this site and the services we provide are for educational and personal growth purposes only.
We are not licensed therapists, counsellors, or medical professionals.
Our work is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition.
Please consult with a qualified professional for any medical or psychological concerns.

3. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully. That means:

  • Not using it to harm, harass, or infringe on others’ rights

  • Not attempting to hack, alter, or misuse the site or its content

  • Not copying or redistributing our material without permission

4. Booking & Payments

All coaching bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is due prior to sessions unless otherwise arranged.
We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse bookings at our discretion.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed sessions. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling. No-shows are charged in full.

5. Privacy & Data

We care about your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how your data is collected and used.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to offer helpful, spiritually aligned support. However, OUTSIDE help is not responsible for any decisions you make or outcomes you experience as a result of using this website or our services.
